Colony Ship is an isometric, party-based RPG inspired by Heinlein’s Orphans of the Sky. Your character inhabits a “generation ship,” a colossal spacecraft on a centuries-long journey to settle a far-off planet. The original government of the ship has collapsed after a brutal mutiny, and you must navigate a perilous landscape among your fellow passengers and the rival factions vying for control. Your decisions will shape your alliances and rivalries.

Sadly, the following generations did not share their ancestors' willingness to sacrifice. Growing discontent led to an uprising against the ruling powers, known as the Mutiny, which escalated into a civil war. Although the rebels dealt a significant blow to the old regime, they did not completely eliminate it. When the chaos subsided, three factions rose from the remnants of the previous order: the Protectors of the Mission, the Brotherhood of Liberty, and the Church of the Elect, each offering their own vision for the future.
