STORY

Since the appearance of the SUPERVILLAINS, CRIME has ruled the streets of SCUM CITY—

SACRIFICE VILLAINS, But in the heart of this swarm of wickedness lies a utopia known as JUSTOPIAN WARD.

SACRIFICE VILLAINS, Standing in opposition to the evil villains, the SUPERHEROES established an independent safe zone as a thriving basis of VIRTUE amongst the CHAOS surrounding them.

Its FOUNDER—its MAYOR—its CHAMPION—is none other than JUSTOPIA himself, the ultimate hero and the bane of the myriad villains he has brought to justice for their numerous transgressions.

In addition to being the founder and chairman of the HERO SOCIETY, Justopia leads the other heroes in their ceaseless attempts to eradicate crime from the city and establish world peace.

However, when the cunning VILLAINS continue to gain strength, the HEROES are walloped instead of walloped, and some of them commit acts of the most heinous BETRAYAL to the darkness!

If not the ASYLUM, then to whom should Justopia turn for assistance? Who better to lead this rehabilitation center than YOU? It brings villains to the light.

CHARACTERS:

(Voice: Matsuri Sugihara) Night Charger

POWERS: Superhuman rejuvenation powered by electricity, senses, and physical and athletic prowess.

Targeting criminal groups like the mafia with bank robberies and art thefts, this lone-wolf villain operates independently on the streets of Scum City and also accepts gigs as superpowered muscle for hire. She frequently clashes with other villains because to her thorny attitude and lack of faith in others, and she will not think twice about opposing previous comrades in the name of personal gain.
Her acts have frequently saved others who are weaker than her, despite the obvious selfishness of her motivations. This has given her a strong base of support within a particular demographic.

Bad Lotion (voiced by Yuki Akashi)

POWERS: Creates a sticky fluid that she can manipulate at will.
The gang leader that governs Scum City's slums. Following a terrible childhood, she used her abilities and charms to turn the tables on her surroundings, finally ascending to a position of effective authority over her community.
She believes she is the cutest thing on the planet; nonetheless, she can be ruthlessly harsh toward even those in her service.

The voice of Madam Venom is Shino Nakano.

POWERS: She can store poisons in her body and manifest them with a variety of effects.
Everyone knows Madam Venom as a big figure in Scum City, having been the head of a major mafia group. She aspires to depose the two Witches of the Towers, who are the strongest forces in the city, and seize their territories. Many of the offenders who reside inside the Asylum, a rehabilitation center, are part of her network of support.
She has unwavering confidence and terrifying abilities to support her belief that she is the most beautiful thing on the planet. Her impressive skill is, of course, partly a result of her expertise.

POWERS: Unlimited vitality, flying, and physical invincibility!
The mayor of Justopia City and a famous superhero. He has become a symbol to people all across the world because of his unwavering smile, generous heart, and unquenchable quest for justice.
Despite his integrity, generosity, and selflessness, he shows little pity for the evildoers who have abandoned the light. Every ne'er-do-well who has ever come into contact with him has been subdued by his strength and tremendous vitality.
He is feared by villains since they are aware that you are already defeated once you see his smile.

THE RIGHTNESS (Yuka Kanematsu's voice)

Justopia City is run by the municipal AI.
In addition to overseeing the Asylum, it also runs the city's infrastructure and daily operations, making every effort to boost the number of superhuman defenders.
Justice aims to establish a utopia, and its interventions are accepted by the populace as normal.

Protagonist's Voice:

The young director of the asylum, a hospital dedicated to rehabilitating villains. He is in charge of changing the lives of villains, as directed by THE JUSTICE, the city's AI.
He despises villains since they destroyed his life, and he has since dedicated his serious work ethic to the quest of justice. Though plagued by feelings of impotence as a result of his own lack of superpowers in a world increasingly overflowing with them, he now feels validated by his new position as director, which he attributes to both his intellect and his suitability for the job.
He has great regard for Justopia, who noticed his abilities and promoted him to his current position.
