Look Outside takes place within the walls of a four-story building in the midst of a global disaster. A mysterious cosmic phenomenon called “The Visitor.” Anyone who sees the outside world – through a window, a camera lens or a photograph – quickly becomes a frightening, irrational monster.
You play as Sam, a survivor, who must endure 15 in-game days until the end of the story. A masterpiece of atmospheric horror, the game requires a balance of mental and physical demands as you explore the corridors of your home. Your shelter is your only “safe space” where you can work, sleep, and socialize with other rescued animals. But to survive, you have to open your door and face the dangers that await you on the street.

Unlike traditional survival horror games that rely on “run, hide,” Look Outside has a deep combat system. You’ll find more than 150 artisans, each with a body-horror design. Distance is important in combat—enemies start at a distance and become more dangerous as they get closer.
